Carbon Neutral
Sustainability is ingrained in everything we do, from fibre to finish. We’re on a positive journey towards momentous change. It’s about winning for the planet and its people, making a difference for healthy generations to come. Sustainability is ingrained in everything we do.
We Achieved Carbon Neutrality
This journey has reinforced that closing the loop involves continuous learning and adaptation, and we have made significant progress advancing our circular initiatives:

Our Roadmap
2024
Launched our 100% recycled PET SpinFix™ adhesive-free mounting clips
2025
Launched our first bio-based product Embrace™ in April Continue research and development into renewable materials for product offerings that naturally biodegrade
2026
Use 80% recycled polyester across our entire product portfolio (we are already well on the way with our Vertiface™ and Cube™)
2030
Make 100% of our product portfolio designed for disassembly.
Establish a globally available product take-back scheme for interior acoustic products.
Advocate and collaborate for better product stewardship in the construction industry
2040
Waste free by 2040, 2% waste by 2030
We have set intensity-based waste reduction targets taking into account business growth e.g. 2% of total fibre throughout is sent to landfill by 2030 We will continue working with partners and innovating to expand the application of our waste and implement this globally
Future Targets
We are aligning with the World Green Building Council’s goals: a 40% reduction in embodied carbon by 2030 and net-zero by 2050.
Our roadmap includes:
1
Continuous R&D
Continuous R&D to innovate materials and configure supply chains, reducing emissions and boosting carbon sequestration, a process that captures and stores carbon dioxide
2
In-House Capacity
Increasing our in-house capacity to analyse and optimise life cycle impacts of existing products and products in the early design phase
3
Broadening EPD Scopes
Broadening EPD scopes to cover whole-of-life environmental assessments
4
Diversifying Materials
Diversifying materials with biobased, carbonsequestering options
5
Improving Operations
Improving operations with better processes, product recycled content, and end-of-life solutions
